THE HOUSE
Casa MIALMA Lanzarote is a traditional finca, a typical Canarian house, located in the ancient and quiet village of Conil, in the center-south of the island. The house enjoys a strategic position that allows you to easily visit any location and place of interest. 8 minutes by car from the sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen, 3 minutes by car from the Golf Club of Puerto del Carmen, 5 miute by car from La Geria, and from "The wine route". Very convenient to the Lanzarote airport.
Renovated respecting the traditional characteristics of the structure, it is equipped with an outdoor space for exclusive use, romantic for couples and safe for children. The house has large, bright rooms, which make it welcoming and comfortable both during the warmer months and during the winter months.
Interior

The rooms develop around the large mezzanine living room, with light cuts on the ceiling: a complete kitchen, spacious and equipped with everything you need, a welcoming dining room where you can dine comfortably indoors on windy days or in the less hot months 3 bedrooms separated from a large relaxation room and 2 bathrooms, one of which is very large with a bathtub, the other smaller with a shower.

A second, small outdoor space in front of the main bathroom allows you to lay out outdoors if necessary, leaving the patio free.
Portico and Patio

In the characteristic Canarian patio for the exclusive use of the house, there is a large table sheltered from the sun which allows you to enjoy the summer by having lunch and dinner outdoors. The internal patio of the house is romantic for a couple and perfect for children who can play freely outdoors, without going far.

The deckchairs and a romantic outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days, make the outdoor space an intimate, peaceful and quiet place, where you can relax after excursions and visits to the island.
Surroundings

Casa Mialma is located in Conil, a small and scenic village located on a hill in the central southern area of ​​the island. A 10-minute drive from Lanzarote airport, the splendid Playa Honda and the beaches of Puerto del Carmen.
Renting a car is necessary to get around and experience the island. In Conil there is a bus stop but public transport is slow and infrequent. They are not recommended.
Behind the village the gates of Timanfaya and the departures for excursions in the Natural Park, in front of the village the open sea with a view of the island of Fuerteventura.
In 3 minutes by car you car reach La Geria and the "The wine route". Discover the excellence of local wines, visit the cellars and treat yourself to a tasting, perhaps at sunset, in a unique setting in the world.
